I think if they are going to do any romance with Logan and Grace, then it will most likely be after the main story is completed. Maybe she could even refuse to get serious with the builder until much later, after the spy has been revealed and her mission is over, you have a quest line to convince her to retire and settle down with you. Doesn't make sense that an agent on assignment would start a relationship and/or marry someone knowing that they would have to return to Atara afterward. If it is not changed, it will be possible, depending on how slowly you do the main story, that the builder will be married to Grace b4 this quest is completed. Grace - should be able to get to BFF status but should not accept a heart knot until after she has revealed herself as an ACI agent.
